Anchor Cottage is a detached cottage in North Swanage with off-road parking. It is great for outdoor living, with delightful front and back gardens. Set over two floors, the cottage has a homely feel, with all modern comforts including gas central heating, solar water heating with a gas back up, wi-fi and recently refurbished kitchen. Anchor Cottage has a lounge with french windows to the front garden, kitchen/dining room leading out to the back garden, twin bedded room with bay window and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room.
Lounge
Relax in the lounge with its leather chairs and coal-effect gas fire, looking through the french windows out into the front garden. Complete with television/DVD, radio/CD player, and dining furniture, this room is comfortable for 4 people.
Kitchen/breakfast room
Recently refurbished, the kitchen has ample space with a breakfast area and looks out over the back garden and Purbeck Hills. There is also a utility area with washing machine.
Twin bedroom
A delightful bay-fronted room, with views to the front garden and Purbeck Hills.
Family bathroom
Complete with bath and shower attachment, WC and washbasin, this room is close to the twin bedroom.
Main bedroom
Upstairs, the double bedroom has velux windows and has a cosy feel, up in the roof space. For your convenience, an en-suite shower room is adjacent, equipped with shower, WC and wash basin.
Outdoors
The back garden has a small stream running through it, with barbecue and garden furniture to relax on whilst admiring far-reaching views. To the front, a paved area with patio table and chairs giving access to the lawned garden with cottage garden planting, offers additional space. There is parking for 2 cars on the gated driveway.
