Flat 2 The Chines is a luxury self-catering apartment set in North Swanage, just a couple of minutes walk from sandy Swanage beach down Burlington Chine. The flat is chic and contemporary in style, filled with light, space and comfort. It happily accommodates up to 4 people. Situated on the ground floor, with its own parking space and space for visitor parking, you will find a king-size double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedded room with bathroom opposite. There is a lounge/dining room and separate kitchen, and the flat is tastefully decorated in muted colours. Flat 2 has the benefit of high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness and style.
Lounge/dining room
The bright bay windowed lounge looks out onto Burlington Road. The south facing room features a LCD TV with freeview channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is a 3 seater sofa that is adaptable to a high quality sofa bed and armchairs (new this year) and the dining area has four chairs is in the bay window.
Kitchen
The kitchen has modern appliances and comes complete with washing machine, fridge/freezer and gas hob/electric oven/cooker hood. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and quality pots and pans and cooking utensils for all your culinary needs during your stay.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom is at the rear of the flat with a king-size double. There is a spacious wardrobe with full length mirror. For your convenience, a shower room is adjacent, with a good sized shower, WC and wash basin. A stainless steel laddered towel rail, large enough for all your holiday towels is fitted and mirrored bathroom cabinet, new this year.
Twin bedroom
With views onto Burlington Road, the second bedroom has twin 3ft beds, dual aspect windows, and a well stocked games/book cupboard. The room also features a large wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space and a full length mirror, and there is a dressing table and stool. A television completes this room.
Family bathroom
Opposite the twin bedroom is the family bathroom, with bath and shower attachment, WC and wash basin. There is another large laddered towel rail and cabinet for your toiletries during your stay.
