Flat 5 The Chines is a luxury self-catering apartment set in North Swanage, just a couple of minutes walk from sandy Swanage beach down Burlington Chine. The flat is stylish and modern, filled with light, space and comfort. It happily accommodates up to 4 people. Situated on the first floor, with its own parking space and space for visitor parking, you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a lounge/dining room with glimpses of Ballard Down and the sea and the flat is tastefully decorated in muted colours. Flat 5 has a separate kitchen and family bathroom.
Lounge/dining room
The bright bay windowed lounge looks out onto Burlington Road. The south facing room features a LCD TV with freeview channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is a 3 seater sofa that is adaptable to a high quality sofa bed and armchairs and the dining area has four chairs is in the bay window with glimpses of the sea. A well stocked bookcase with books and games completes this room.
Kitchen
The kitchen is contemporary with modern appliances - washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob/electric oven/cooker hood and microwave oven. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and quality pots and pans and cooking utensils for all your culinary needs during your stay.
Main bedroom
The main bedroom is at the front of the flat with a double bed. There is a spacious wardrobe with full length mirror. The bedroom benefits from lots of natural daylight with views onto Burlington Road to the front.
Twin bedroom
The second bedroom, at the rear of the flat, has twin 3ft beds and has plenty of wardrobe space.
Family bathroom
Opposite the main bedroom is the family bathroom, with bath and shower attachment, WC and wash basin. There is a towel rail and cabinet for your toiletries during your stay.
